DESCRIPTION
Vertically oriented note. Front: Grantley Adams (1898-1971), a hero of the social revolution in Barbados. He was Barbados’ first premier from 1951 to 1958, when he left to become the Prime Minister of the West Indies Federation. In 1962, he returned and was re-elected into the House of Assembly. Back: Grantley Adams International Airport (BGI) in Christ Church.
