Issued to commemorate 50 years of Banco Central del Uruguay. Front: The coat of arms of Uruguay. Clear window in a shape of a map of Uruguay at left. Anniversary logo at right. Back: In the centre is an image of the mural “Construcción portuaria” by Walter Deliotti (1925-2020), an Uruguayan painter. This mural follows the Constructivist school created by Joaquîn Torres García.
